Membership is open to anyone aged 18 and older.
The annual membership fee is $40 per person.
As part of the online registration process, you will be required to accept the Membership Waiver, Release & Indemnity Agreement and agree to abide by the club’s Risk Management Policies.
Clicking the “Join Now!” button will redirect you to our registration partner, CCN Bikes (Cycle Component Network), which securely handles membership registration and payment. Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard.
Guest Rider Program
We offer potential members and out of town guests an opportunity to join us for two rides during the season. This is a great opportunity for members to introduce friends, neighbours and family to our club!
Member Instructions:
- HRER members may bring the same guest to one Tuesday ride and to one Friday or Sunday ride during the season.
- This can be repeated for other, different guests.
- The member should review the Risk Management Policies with the Guest prior to the ride and accompany the Guest throughout the ride.
Guest Rider Information:
Before joining a ride as a Guest Rider, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Complete the digital Guest Waiver.
- Ride a bicycle equipped with a bell or horn in good working order.
- Wear a properly fitted cycling helmet.
- Abide by the club’s Risk Management Policies.
- Follow the club’s Guide to Safe Cycling.
